Earth Hands and Houses

Working with the lead organisation Earth Hands and Houses, the project involved creating a demonstration ecotourism project on a farm in north-east Poland. The central buildings were built with help from the farmer’s family and the village community, with most materials being sourced from within a few hundred meters of the site. A network of paths leads visitors to nearby lakes and woodland, and across wild-life rich farmland, much of which is still managed using horses and traditional farm practices.
