Maggie’s Centre

Maggie’s Centres are places where people can turn for help with any of the problems associated with cancer. The architects Wilkinson Eyre have designed a Centre for a wooded site that sits between the Churchill hospital and the Warneford Meadow in Oxford. The project brief is to work with local advisory and community groups to ensure that the planting and management of the site supports the ecology of its wood and stream-edge setting and people’s access to this wider area.
